Join us for a late fall nature walk in Glen Providence Park! We’ll be led by Kayla Kehres\, a Forester with the PA Department of Conse rvation & Natural Resources. Kayla is a wealth of knowledge – see the park through a trained eye\, in one of the glen’s most beautiful months!

\nWe are delighted to announce a new Seasonal Children’s Serie s this year in Glen Providence Park! Each seasonal event will include a st ory and an activity\, focused on the plants and wildlife in the glen. The series will be led by Julie Smith\, a naturalist with a background in envi ronmental geology.
\nThe events are designed for children ages 4 to 8\, but children of all ages are welcome.

Have you ever thought about what leaves do after they fall? Please join Friends of Glen Providence for a story about our leaves and learn about their value. We’l l then go on a scavenger hunt and create something special using some of o ur leaves. Led by Julie Smith\, a naturalist with a background in environmental geology.
