STILL HERE–THE LENAPE TODAY
A Lecture by the Rev. Pastor J.R. Norwood
There remain Lenni-Lenape people still living in historic tribal communities in the region of Delaware Bay. This lecture, part of Pendle Hill’s First Monday Series, will discuss the continuing history of these Lenape communities shedding light on their current struggles and concerns. The Rev. Pastor J.R. Norwood is the Principal Justice of the Tribal Supreme Court of the Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Tribal Nation. The lecture will take place on Monday, December 7 from 7:30–9:00 p.m. in the Barn.
