Join the Coalition to Abolish Death By Incarceration (CADBI) for a community dinner on Saturday March 25th. We will be honoring family members who have worked tirelessly to support their loved ones behind bars and to build the movement to end Life without parole in Pennsylvania. Life without parole, more accurately called “death by incarceration,” affects thousands of families across Pennsylvania, and CADBI is building a movement to abolish this unjust sentence.
The dinner will be take place on Saturday March 25th from 5:30 pm to 9pm at the Church of the Advocate, 1801 W Diamond st. several blocks from the Broad St line Susquehanna/Dauphin stop.
It will be an evening of eating, celebration, and building momentum to end death by incarceration. There will be food, music, speakers, statements from those serving death by incarceration, activities for children, and much more. All are welcome to attend. Join us to learn more about the work that CADBI is doing and get involved in the movement.
The dinner is free, but donations are welcome to help support the work of CADBI.
