Dr. Michael Celia, Director of the Princeton Environmental Institute at Princeton University. One approach for reducing greenhouse emissions while still burning fossil fuels is to capture the CO2 emitted from sources such as utilities, large chemical units and steel production. Dr. Celia will address the current status and future of carbon capture techniques, including costs and technical barriers. He will also address safety concerns associated with long-term underground storage of the captured CO2.
