The Racial Justice Group will explore Robin D’Angelo’s White Fragility: Why It’s So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism. DiAngelo explores how white fragility develops, how it protects racial inequality, and what we can do to engage more constructively. You can get a sense of D’Angelo’s message in this 3 1/2 minute video.
