The Unitarian Universalist Church of Delaware County Anti-Racism Coalition will present an interactive workshop grounded in principles of critical race theory and mindful facilitation as participants learn to bridge the gap between being aware of systemic oppression and racism and acting on that knowledge. Have you ever wondered… How to have deeper, more meaningful conversations around differences? How to engage with people of color without offending them? This workshop will teach you skills to develop deeper relationships with people of diverse backgrounds.
The workshop leader will be Donna Harris, a licensed clinical social worker and certified group psychotherapist who has provided clinical services to individuals and groups for over 30 years. As the founding CEO of Intercultural Network, LLC, she assesses the diversity, equity, and inclusion needs of organizations and provides customized training to address their goals. She has taught at Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research for 17 years.
